The ARC-Agricultural Research Council (ARC-SG) seeks to appoint a highly skilled, experienced and dynamic person to the following position at Bethlehem:
Job Description
  • Follow up delivery of goods.
  • Receive good and notify the end users.
  • Verify the delivery of goods with end users.
  • Print goods received note (GRN) on the Sage system.
  • Send GRN to the end users for signing off and rating of the supplier on Sage.
  • Submit the documents to finance for Payments.
  • Contract management.
  • Maintain and update the contract register.
  • Inventory management.
  • Receive the requisition on Sage an issue stock requested by end users.
  • Manage optimal stock levels, do purchase requisition on Sage for stock replenishment.
  • Monthly stock count.
  • Monthly stock reconciliation.
  • Follow up on outstanding order.
  • Comply with OHS regulations.
Job Requirements
  • Three-year National Diploma in Logistics or equivalent.
  • 2 years' experience in the field of accounting or supply chain.
  • Good communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite.

Competitive remuneration package will be congruent with the scope, responsibilities, and the stature of the position.
